By accessing or using this website (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2) About This Site (Showcase Only)

  • The Site presents general information about our company and products for informational and showcase purposes only.
  • The Site does not offer e-commerce, online ordering, or payment capabilities. Any purchase discussions occur offline through our sales channels.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6) User Submissions & Feedback

  • If you submit inquiries, files, or other materials (collectively, “Submissions”), you represent you have the right to do so and that the content is lawful and non-confidential.
  • You grant Starpak a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display Submissions solely to respond to your inquiry and operate/improve the Site.
  • Unsolicited ideas. We appreciate feedback, but we may already be working on similar concepts. You agree we have no confidentiality obligations regarding unsolicited ideas and owe no compensation for their use.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for their content, policies, or practices. Access at your own risk.

Our aggregate liability to you for any claims relating to the Site will not exceed PKR 10,000.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Starpak from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12) Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, network outages, government actions).

13) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts located in Sialkot, Pakistan shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
