We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains the personal data we collect on our showcase-only Site (no online sales), how we use it, and your choices.

1) What We Collect

Because the Site is informational only, we collect limited data:

a) Data you provide directly

  • Contact data: name, business name, email, phone, country, and the content of your message when you use our contact form or email us.
  • Career or supplier enquiries (if applicable): CVs, portfolios, and business credentials you choose to send.

b) Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type/version, OS, pages viewed, time stamps, referrers, and general location derived from IP.
  • Cookies & similar tech: strictly necessary cookies for security/performance; and, if we enable them, analytics cookies (see Section 7).

We do not intentionally collect special categories of data (e.g., health, religion) via the Site.

2) Purposes & Legal Bases of Processing

We use your data to:

  • Respond to enquiries and communicate with you (legitimate interests; or consent where required).
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Site, including diagnostics, analytics (if enabled), and preventing misuse (legitimate interests).
  • Comply with laws, legal process, or enforce our rights (legal obligations/legitimate interests).
  • Recruitment or supplier vetting, if you submit relevant information (pre-contractual steps/legitimate interests/consent, as applicable).

Where consent is required (e.g., non-essential cookies/analytics), you can withdraw it at any time (see Section 9).

3) Who We Share Data With

We share personal data only with:

  • Service providers acting on our instructions (e.g., website hosting, security, email delivery, optional analytics);
  • Professional advisers (legal, compliance, accounting);
  • Authorities or third parties when required by law, to protect rights/safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction.

We do not sell your personal information.

4) International Transfers

Our hosting or service providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) to protect your information during cross-border transfers.

5) Data Retention

  • Enquiry records: typically 24 months after our last interaction (longer if legally necessary).
  • Logs & security records: typically 12 months.
  • Recruitment/supplier submissions: typically 12–24 months unless local law requires longer or you consent to a talent pool.
    We may anonymize data for statistics and keep non-personal information longer.

6) Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data appropriate to the nature of the information and risks (e.g., access controls, encryption in transit, least-privilege access). No system is 100% secure.

7) Cookies & Similar Technologies

  • Strictly necessary cookies run to make the Site work (security, load balancing).
  • Analytics cookies (optional) help us understand visits and improve content. We will use them only with your consent via a banner or settings. You can change preferences anytime and also block/delete cookies in your browser.
    For details (names, purposes, lifetimes), see our Cookie Notice (or the table we’ll host at /cookies).

  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • Withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
  • Portability of certain data (where applicable).
